About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Subject matter expert for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process in strategic digital transformation projects.
  • Lead Oracle ERP Cloud O2C projects: scoping, design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Facilitate workshops with SCM, Finance, Commercial, and IT stakeholders.
  • Manage billing, collections, and bank reconciliation workflows.
  • Oversee integrations with CRM systems, payment platforms, and billing tools.
  • Produce and validate financial reports and KPIs using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Mentor and train junior consultants and end users.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement strategy and the Oracle Cloud roadmap.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience (5+ years) with Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Order Management, Global Order Promising (GOP), Receivables, Collections, Billing, General Ledger).
  • Strong command of O2C processes: Customer Order Management, GOP, billing, receivables management, and cash application.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations (IFRS, SOX).
  • Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, comfortable with verbal and written communication.
  • Autonomous, proactive, with strong analytical skills and adaptability.
