About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own full-cycle recruitment across the SAP practice, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Deliver high-volume hiring outcomes across SAP capability areas
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define workforce strategy, hiring forecasts, and priority skill gaps
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including talent mapping, competitor analysis, and market intelligence within ANZ SAP talent pools
  • Provide insights on the Australian SAP talent market, including compensation trends, availability, and demand-supply dynamics
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience across all touchpoints, reflecting Capgemini’s employer brand
  • Manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced consulting environment, balancing both urgency and quality
  • Prior experience leveraging SAP SuccessFactors (ATS) to manage pipelines, track metrics, and drive data-informed recruitment decisions
  • Ensure compliance with Australian employment frameworks, including Modern Awards and hiring regulations
  • Collaborate with internal HR, workforce planning, and leadership teams to support strategic hiring initiatives and transformation programs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience in internal Talent Acquisition within IT / Technology / Consulting environments
  • Strong expertise hiring across SAP technologies and functional modules, with a solid understanding of SAP ecosystems
  • Proven ability to deliver volume-based consulting hiring, while managing niche and specialized roles
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms, with a data-driven approach
  • Deep understanding of the Australian talent market, particularly within SAP and enterprise technology domains
  • Good knowledge of modern awards, employment regulations, and compliance requirements in Australia
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and hiring managers
  • Experience in market mapping, talent pipelining, and proactive sourcing strategies
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering impact and driving business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Australian citizens or PR holder will be preferred with 2-4 weeks’ notice.
