About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the development, implementation and deployment of the Austrian trade strategy and route-to-market
Manage and oversee assigned activities; evaluate findings and identify opportunities to enhance quantitative and qualitative metrics
Lead analytics and reporting with a focus on optimization and growth
Responsible for commercial objectives and for the efficient and effective use of budgets
Collaborate agilely within a dynamic team: rapidly implement measures, directly evaluate results and independently act on insights
Develop and manage business relationships with external suppliers and agencies
Maintain efficient and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders (Field Force, Activation, Insights, Supply Chain, Area Categories, Legal)

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree or equivalent professional experience
2–5 years of marketing or sales experience in an FMCG company
Proficiency in German and English required
Project management skills with a strong drive to deliver on time and in full
Highly developed analytical skills
Structured, organized, resilient, and a strategic problem solver
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Good commercial acumen and sound judgement
Strong IT affinity (advanced Excel skills required; CRM experience preferred)
Effective communication and presentation skills
Strong ability to innovate
