About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient solutions based on microservices and event-driven architectures
Define integration patterns using APIs, event buses, and synchronous/asynchronous communication models
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver architectural solutions aligned with business needs
Create architecture documentation, technical designs, and integration standards
Participate in architecture reviews and support technical decision-making throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Architecture, or Backend Development with architecture responsibilities
Strong experience with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures
Hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot, .NET Core, or Node.js
Knowledge of REST APIs, gRPC, GraphQL, and API design standards (OpenAPI/Swagger)
Experience with API Management platforms such as Apigee, Kong, or Azure API Management
Experience with Azure (preferred) and AWS (nice to have)
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm in production environments
Experience within regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or insurance
Familiarity with Architecture Decision Records (ADR) and architecture governance practices
Knowledge of security best practices and governance principles
