About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

In this role, you analyze and evaluate processes to ensure stable and reproducible operations and thereby improve product quality.
You independently manage quality-related projects and implement the defined measures in a targeted manner.
You proactively initiate and drive process improvements, involve Junior Managers Quality Assurance, and coordinate closely with management.
You handle complaints (internal, external, and from suppliers) independently, analyze root causes, prevent recurrence, and define and track sustainable corrective actions.
You take full responsibility for processing and coordinating change requests, taking all relevant requirements into account.
As an expert, you support production areas on site and assist with all quality-related questions concerning production processes.
You also facilitate and conduct FMEA analyses to identify risks and minimize them effectively.
You independently define appropriate test methods and produce clear specifications for test plans.
You actively contribute to the preparation and validation of specifications.
Through targeted knowledge transfer and mentoring, you support the development of Junior Managers Quality Assurance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in a scientific discipline or a comparable qualification in quality management, plus at least five years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Confident user of common MS Office applications as well as SAP, Signavio, MasterControl and CAQ systems.
Solid knowledge of quality management according to ISO 9001.
Experience with QM system audits according to ISO 9001.
Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
Analytical mindset and an independent working style.
