About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage brand distribution across Central Greece region to ensure maximum availability aligned with brand strategies and market needs by channel and outlet type.
  • Analyze market data (Brand, TMD, Nielsen) to identify supply chain gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive the vision and strategy for New Generation Products, including launches and roadmap development.
  • Implement TM&D practices at POS through effective merchandising, visibility, communication, and stock management.
  • Build strong W/S relationships via regular communication, visits, and performance monitoring against monthly targets.
  • Lead a trade marketing team of 7–10 reps through coaching, motivation, and performance development to outperform competitors.
  • Plan and execute area trade strategies to meet brand, volume, and profit targets while optimizing budget and resources.
  • Foster innovation and leadership by developing team talent, setting differentiated targets, and creating a change-driven culture.
  • Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations related to environmental protection, safety and work fire protection and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Advanced MS Office user with strong digital literacy.
  • 2–3 years of FMCG experience in a trade channel or account management role.
  • Proven sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective relationship builder with leadership, influencing, and interpersonal strengths.
