About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own the platform's technical vision: guide architecture and cloud-native technology choices in line with product goals and scalability requirements.
Ensure operational excellence: maintain high levels of availability, resilience, and observability by establishing SRE best practices.
Lead large-scale automation: design and build Infrastructure as Code, GitOps capabilities, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Serve as the SRE technical lead and reference: mentor teams, support their upskilling, and promote engineering standards.
Act as a cross-functional convergence point: collaborate closely with product, network, and security teams to align the platform with business needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8 years' experience in Cloud infrastructure and/or SRE.
Advanced proficiency with Kubernetes, containerization, and SRE practices (reliability, observability, critical incident management).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu), GitOps and CI/CD, with a strong focus on industrialization.
Development experience in Go or Rust to support the platform.
Ability to lead teams, make structural decisions, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science and professional working proficiency in English.
