Senior HR Manager – Part-Time

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- In this role you act as a trusted partner to leaders and teams to develop a future-ready, respectful and high-performing organization.
- You advise and enable managers on all people-related topics and support employees across the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to development and retention.
- In close cooperation with the departments, you design recruiting processes for specialist and leadership positions and create a positive, respectful candidate experience.
- With a focus on developing young talent, you take responsibility for apprentices and dual-study students at the site and work closely with Heraeus’s central training organization.
- You place a strong emphasis on the development of learning and development concepts, which you design and implement.
- In addition, you drive HR projects forward – including in an international environment – and provide impetus for modern people and organizational work.
- You accompany change processes with empathy and impact.
- Trustful collaboration with the works council and an open, partnership-based exchange with all stakeholders shape your daily actions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in business administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable field
- At least 8 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in HR management, ideally in an internationally active medical technology or pharmaceutical company
- Very good knowledge of HR processes and instruments
- Broad experience in HR and organizational development as well as talent management
- Sound knowledge of labor law and works constitution law
- Proficient user of MS Office and ideally experienced with SAP SuccessFactors
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Assertive personality with strong communication and presentation skills and, ideally, training and coaching experience
