About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate as a strategic advisory function within the organization, partnering closely with senior leaders.
- Address complex strategic, operational, and technology challenges driven specific to general insurance.
- Provide independent, objective advice and structured problem solving support to enable informed decision making.
- Apply consulting skills across broader insurance contexts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline; Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- 6 + years of relevant experience, with a significant portion in a consulting, business transformation, or in house advisory role within financial services or insurance.
- Demonstrable experience in General Insurance operations across one or more of: motor, property, commercial lines, liability, specialty, or reinsurance.
- Proficiency in structured problem solving frameworks and consulting methodologies.
- Strong financial literacy — comfortable with business case modelling and cost-benefit assessment.
- Project / programme management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent internationally recognised certification.
