About the role

  • Managing messaging service (Exchange 2016, 2019, Office 365, Microsoft Defender, proofpoint, ironport, archive Exchange, archive Enterprise Vault)
  • Implementation and administration of messaging solutions, email archiving and securing associated services
  • Configuration and Securing of Mail Flows DNS Management
  • Provision of Level 2 support for escalated issues related to messaging solutions
  • Administration of shared Space: Onedrive, Sharepoint, Cloud, Filer Nutanix, Sharefile Citrix
  • Provide storage spaces for professional and personal data
  • Installation, configuration and administration of file servers
  • Administration and securing of cloud storage solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the digital workplace experience and drive productivity improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments
  • Knowledge of messaging service such as Exchange 2016, 2019, Office 365, Microsoft Defender, proofpoint, ironport, archive Exchange, archive Enterprise Vault
  • Experience with Mail Flows DNS Management as well as shared space solutions: Onedrive, Sharepoint, Cloud, Filer Nutanix, Sharefile Citrix
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex end-user computing issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Certification in workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Citrix Certified, Apple Certified Support Professional)
  • Experience with cloud-based workplace environments and solutions
