Requirements

What you’ll need

10–14 years in Pharma/Life Sciences manufacturing digitalization
Bachelor’s/master’s in engineering/technology/industrial/Pharma/Chemical
Strong experience in MES/eBR, LIMS, or eQMS/QMS
Client engagement and advisory roles
Exposure to ISA-95/ISA-88, MESA standards
Experience with cloud data platforms, MLOps
Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe), Lean/Six Sigma
AI enablement experience in manufacturing/quality
