About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and performing optimally
- Thrive in a dynamic L4 Support environment where expertise in automation, monitoring, and incident response is crucial
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation using Python or Bash scripting, alongside infrastructure-as-code tools
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications within Linux environments
- Build and enhance monitoring and observability systems to ensure high availability and performance of critical services
- Develop automated solutions for incident response, capacity planning, and system recovery
- Collaborate closely with development teams to continuously improve application reliability and scalability
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or equivalent role
- Strong proficiency in Linux systems administration and troubleshooting
- Solid experience in Python programming or Bash scripting, with a focus on automation and operational efficiency
- Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration and container technologies, along with knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools and observability practices
- Strong advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with OpenStack is a plus and highly valued
