About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation and maintenance of solutions to generate insights
Optimize business operations and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
Contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing processes through robotic process automation and AI technologies
Design and develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics and process performance
Build ETL processes to help maintain the highest standards of data quality, integrity and accessibility
Design, model, and implement comprehensive process mining solutions
Develop and execute process improvement initiatives based on process mining findings
Extract meaningful insights from process data
Support projects aimed at improving business processes through advanced analytics, AI and automation initiatives
Collaborate in the identification and analysis of opportunities to optimize and streamline operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor and/or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Fluency Spanish & English required
Experience with SQL
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics cloud)
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python)
Familiarity with data integration, emerging technologies, and machine learning concepts
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
