About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reporting to the Middle East Brand Director Niche & Wellness
  • Responsible for the overall management of the retail business
  • Driving both commercial performance and brand value through retail and wholesale doors across the UAE
  • Ensure delivery of sales, profitability, KPI goals and business objectives
  • Ensure teams maintain constant client communication through clienteling and CRM
  • Collaborate with Marketing to deliver market-relevant initiatives that drive traffic, conversion and engagement
  • Identify and lead business opportunities beyond day-to-day operations to support sustained regional growth
  • Shape the evolution of clienteling, CRM, retail experience and flagship positioning across the region
  • Delivering exceptional and consistent customer experience in line with the brand service and proposition

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience within the luxury retail sector
  • Previous experience as a Retail/Area Manager leading a team in a multi-site store environment
  • Proven ability to combine strong operational execution with strategic thinking and business impact
  • Commerciality and proven history of driving sales and maintaining profitability
  • The ability to create and maintain a luxury service experience
  • Good people skills with emphasis on leading and building teams and fostering cross functional relationships
  • Proactive with a strong sense of autonomy
  • Ability to lead and drive performance across a multi-site network with strong remote management capability
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a flexible and agile approach
