About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and integrate OpenText xPression / Exstream with Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Collaborate with business and system stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and implement API services (REST/SOAP) and microservices
- Ensure adherence to coding best practices and take design-level decisions
- Develop, test, and maintain document templates, forms, and communication workflows
- Perform code reviews, pair programming, and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently; ensure high-quality code and performance
- Develop unit and integration tests and support CI/CD pipelines
- Work with databases and SQL for data integration and processing
- Continuously improve solution design and technical approaches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with OpenText xPression or Exstream (mandatory)
- Experience integrating CCM tools with Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, and integration development
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Experience with code profiling, troubleshooting, and automated testing
- Ability to make design-level technical decisions
- Experience working with remote/global teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
