About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support cross-category projects, ensuring alignment and integration across business areas and brand portfolios, with a focus on unified strategies.
- Manage multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain, S&OP, NPI, Agencies, and Commercial), ensuring clear communication and effective tracking of deliverables and deadlines.
- Lead project management routines with a high level of organization, prioritization, and control, ensuring efficient execution.
- Provide operational support for brand launches and migrations, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Manage brand performance KPIs, identifying opportunities and generating actionable insights.
- Support the development of strategic communication plans for launches and migrations.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials with advertising agencies, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Control demand in coordination with S&OP, Supply Chain, and NPI, ensuring proper execution of plans and updates to internal systems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Intermediate level English and Spanish
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational skills and project management capability
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience in budget management and allocation
