Officer – AAGI A&H Claims Administration

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process and prepare claim documents for both member and provider payments within agreed timelines
- Ensure billing accuracy before submitting for payment processing
- Communicate with customers in Thai and English via official letters (e.g., claim decisions, additional requirements)
- Coordinate with hospitals and customers to gather required claim information
- Manage a high volume of pending claims (approx. 450–500 cases/month)
- Handle customer requests regarding original documents
- Support corporate and ASO clients with claim documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2–3 years of experience in insurance, hospital, or related service industry
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English
- Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.
