Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of materials across the entire supply chain, including coordination with Production and Sales.
Monitor delivery dates and ensure timely and efficient production.
Plan and control production processes, taking available capacities into account.
Analyze and optimize inventory levels (raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished products).
Handle customer inquiries and complaints and maintain documentation of goods receipt, inventory and posting processes in SAP.
Identify and initiate process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements and actively participate in projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable vocational qualification.
Several years of professional experience in supply chain, production planning or logistics, ideally in the precious metals industry.
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and a solid understanding of processes and numbers.
Structured, solution-oriented and reliable working style.
Strong communication skills in dealing with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility and analytical thinking.
Excellent German and English language skills.
