About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the PMO focal point for the Software Development area, managing project management data and supporting the Director through governance, reporting, and portfolio-visibility activities
Control project management data and report directly to the Director of the Software Development area
Manage resource rosters for multiple teams across the globe
Define, coordinate, and execute onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
Consolidate status reports from multiple projects
Coordinate with team members across different geographies to validate timesheets and expense reports
Generate and validate invoice reports for various projects
Update the company’s daily finance-control tools with actuals and forecasts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken — to interact daily with teams in Brazil, the US, and India
Advanced Excel proficiency, including:
Data organization and structuring
Use of Power Query
Creation of dashboards (tables) and visual reports (pivot tables)
Strong knowledge of LOOKUP functions (e.g., XLOOKUP)
Experience building and auditing complex formulas and financial calculations
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Advanced knowledge of finance and cost control
Fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb internal processes
Proactive in improving financial controls and processes within the Software Development area
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple reports and collaborate across teams
Capable of managing multiple cost centers and project codes simultaneously
Power BI experience is a plus
