About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the development of financial concepts and Allianz Direct’s financial strategy
Takes ownership of specific finance projects and cross-functional initiatives — for example, in planning, reporting, or cost management
Prepares Board, Supervisory Board, and investor relations materials, including financial presentations, narratives, and Q&A briefings
Acts as an interface between the CFO and key stakeholders across
Manages administrative tasks in close collaboration with the CFO Office and the CFO’s personal assistant

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in management consulting, finance, controlling, investment banking, or M&A
Degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or mathematics
Confidence engaging with senior management on a daily basis
Strong analytical and conceptual aptitude, solid project management skills, and a clear affinity for AI tools
Proactive and independent working style
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with sharp attention to detail
