About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively assist in the daily business activities of the Commercial Department within the company;
Present the company's products to clients, dealers, and suppliers, and assist in attracting potential clients;
Prepare leasing contracts and organize their signing;
Prepare documents, provide information, and perform related tasks;
Facilitate the internal flow of information to and from the Commercial Department;
Execute assigned administrative and organizational tasks;
Properly organize and archive business and corporate documentation;
Handle phone calls and inquiries directed to the Commercial Department, processing them appropriately.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education in economics is an advantage;
Good computer literacy – MS Office;
Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT;
High linguistic culture and communication skills;
Spoken and written English will be considered an advantage;
Responsibility, loyalty, and a high level of confidentiality;
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and precision;
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
