PR & Marketing Intern
Minor Hotels Europe and AmericasPR & Marketing Intern assisting the marketing team in Stockholm for a leading beauty & fragrance company. Gaining experience across PR, media, events, and more in an internship role.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in coordinating influencer and KOL seedings, gathering press materials.
- Support the preparation of creative briefings and campaign materials under supervision.
- Contribute to event planning by preparing materials and helping source vendors and supplies.
- Prepare materials & organize shipment / packaging for launches, events or happenings.
- Assist in preparation of brand briefs and re-work material to fit brand language under supervision.
- Gain understanding & support in creating post-activation reporting and campaign documentation processes.
- Assist in updating marketing calendars, timelines, and planning tools in collaboration with the Brand and Marketing Managers.
- Help prepare internal reporting and marketing updates under direction.
- Organise and maintain marketing assets and shared documentation.
- Observe and support coordination between marketing and internal teams such as Retail and Commercial.
- Assist in logistical follow-ups and preparation of shared initiatives.
- Gain insight into campaign rollouts and internal communication flows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- A "can-do" mindset, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
