Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering bachelor’s degree or Education bachelor’s degree
At least 1 year of experience in similar positions
Intermediate English (verbal and writing communication skills)

Knowledge in Lean Methodologies
Knowledge Data Analysis and Reporting
Ability to lead training sessions and facilitate group learning
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with technicians, engineers, and managers
Capability to utilize technology for training
Preferred: LMS (Learning Management System) experience
