About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will help attract, engage and recruit interns and apprentices for our Prestige and Niche brands.
  • You will write and publish job postings and develop effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
  • You will screen applications, conduct recruitment interviews and ensure smooth follow-up with candidates.
  • You will provide a positive, engaging candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
  • You will manage key administrative steps related to recruiting interns and apprentices, including internship agreements, apprenticeship contracts, digital onboarding and OPCO invoicing (training fund).
  • You will support internship follow-up meetings and group feedback sessions.
  • You will help organize company events and social activities for interns and apprentices.
  • You will coordinate group recruitment sessions and contribute to improving the overall recruitment journey.
  • As a fully integrated team member, you will collaborate closely with managers, HR stakeholders, candidates, schools and external partners.
  • You will contribute to a variety of HR projects related to employee engagement, communications, learning and talent development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are currently pursuing a Master's degree, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • You have already completed an initial successful internship in recruitment or HR.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, methodical, proactive and comfortable handling multiple topics at once.
  • You enjoy building relationships and delivering an excellent experience to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • You are curious about the luxury, beauty and cosmetics industry.
