Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and manage training programs that enhance workforce skills, ensure compliance with organizational and quality standards, and support operational excellence.
Maintain accurate training records, improve training processes, and ensure audit readiness.
Leverage technical expertise, data analysis, and Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster a culture of learning and development across the organization.
Create and maintain training processes and software.
Oversee training documentation and file maintenance.
Coordinate and execute Continuous improvements and Quality training events.
Develop and deploy competency-based training programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering bachelor’s degree or Education bachelor’s degree.
At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
Intermediate English (verbal and writing communication skills).
Critical Thinking/Analytical Skills.
Knowledge in Lean Methodologies.
Knowledge Data Analysis and Reporting.
Ability to lead training sessions and facilitate group learning.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with technicians, engineers, and managers.
Capability to utilize technology for training.
LMS (Learning Management System) experience.
