Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional development teams to complete tasks necessary to effectively plan, execute, control, and complete projects
Collaborate with leadership and customers to create aligned project plans and schedules
Inform and drive decision-making to ensure project objectives are met
Anticipate, assess, and mitigate project risks
Partner with Finance and Portfolio Management to develop business cases and ROI for projects
Communicate project status and KPIs to stakeholders
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, experience in highly regulated environments preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Knowledge of project management tools, processes, and methodologies
Experience conducting risk management activities
Understanding of finance fundamentals
Strong communication skills
Experience with conflict resolution
Valid driver's license for travel to other sites as needed.
