Branch Manager
Minor Hotels Europe and AmericasBranch Manager responsible for executing commercial strategies at Allianz in São Paulo. Leading team engagement and driving partnerships with brokers in the South Zone.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategically lead the South Zone branch in São Paulo, acting as the primary owner of planning, cascading and executing regional commercial strategies.
- Ensure sustainable growth, profitability and strengthen Allianz’s market presence.
- Develop, engage and inspire the Accounts team, promoting close leadership based on trust, autonomy and accountability.
- Manage and expand the branch’s broker portfolio, working in a consultative and strategic manner.
- Plan, monitor and review the branch’s commercial results.
- Lead commercial campaigns and closing cycles, from strategic design through execution and results analysis.
- Act as sponsor for the branch’s strategic projects, including market expansion initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and industry regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Social Communication, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Solid commercial experience of approximately 8–10 years, preferably in the insurance market, with exposure to multiple lines (Auto, Life, Liability, D&O, E&O, Property, among others).
- Proven experience managing branches, commercial teams and broker relationships, with direct responsibility for planning, targets, results and people development.
- Advanced knowledge of insurance products, processes and market dynamics, including commercial governance, profitability analysis and regional growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret KPIs, commercial data and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Reside in or have easy access to São Paulo’s South Zone and adjacent areas.
- Availability for business travel, broker visits and participation in industry events.
