About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead research and development of advanced generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, multimodal and agentic AI) for real-world applications
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions, optimizing performance, robustness, and production readiness
Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines for data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–14 years of experience in AI/ML with strong expertise in generative AI and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
Strong programming skills in Python with experience in PySpark, Pandas, NumPy, and API frameworks (Flask/FastAPI)
Proven experience in large-scale model training, research contribution, and applying AI across domains (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing)
Advanced degree (PhD/Masters) in Computer Science or related field with strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
