About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support on system development initiatives
- Provide UI UAT testing support for system development initiatives, including SAT/OPUS development and product UATs
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate system changes and ensure alignment with business requirements
- Monitor campaign fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain brand reputation, and optimize operational efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- Critical thinking to evaluate market needs, business processes and user requirements
- Good communication skills as role requires constant engagement with various stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
