About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide commercial support to partners of the Belo Horizonte Branch (Minas Gerais), ensuring a consultative, agile experience focused on value generation.
Prospect new accounts and identify business opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the region.
Manage and develop a portfolio of partners, strengthening relationships and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth.
Conduct commercial data analyses (pipeline, production, conversion, and performance) to support decision-making and prioritize strategic actions.
Support implementation of commercial initiatives and strategic campaigns with partners.
Resolve operational and commercial issues to ensure smooth processes and partner satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Social Communication, Economics, or related fields.
Up to 2 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the insurance market.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and organization.
Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills for preparing commercial presentations and training for brokers.
Residency in Minas Gerais, preferably in Belo Horizonte.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI for viewing commercial dashboards (plus).
Experience with Salesforce for logging visits, partner contacts, and analyzing information to create business opportunities (plus).
