About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide consultative, prompt commercial support to partners of the Central Branch (São Paulo), ensuring a value-driven experience
  • Prospect new accounts and identify business opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the region
  • Manage and develop the partner portfolio, strengthening relationships and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth
  • Perform commercial data analyses (pipeline, production, conversion and performance) to support decision-making and prioritize strategic actions
  • Plan and conduct commercial visits and business trips in the region, focusing on expanding the business base and maintaining market proximity
  • Support implementation of commercial initiatives and strategic campaigns with partners
  • Handle operational and commercial issue resolution to ensure smooth processes and partner satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Social Communication, Economics, or related fields
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the insurance market
  • Experience in Automobile, Fleet, Personal Lines (massified), and Life insurance lines
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for information analysis and data organization
  • Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills to prepare commercial presentations and training for brokers
  • Must own a car and hold a valid category B driver’s license for commercial travel
  • Must reside in São Paulo, SP
