About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the origination, structuring and execution of new transactions
- Perform due diligence and credit analysis
- Analyze and work with complex project finance financial models
- Conduct internal credit rating analysis
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda for submission to the Investment Committee
- Support closing processes, including KYC checks and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Assist in monitoring closed transactions
- Help prepare internal and external marketing materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Penultimate or final-year student at a top-tier university, business school or engineering school, pursuing a degree in Finance, Project Management, Information Management or a related field
- Prior experience in investment banking, project finance, DCM or infrastructure financing/investment is a plus
- Strong corporate finance fundamentals, including cash-flow analysis
- Experience in financial modelling
- Excellent written and verbal command of English and French; fluency in another European language is a plus
- Strong analytical approach
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Intellectual curiosity and a determination to learn
- Unquestionable commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of a programming language is an advantage (e.g., VBA, SQL)
