About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Manage and strengthen relationship with bank partners and key stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximize business potential
- Monitor sales performance and implement actions to improve productivity
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions and partners engagement activities
- Provide training, coaching and support bank partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance or financial services
- Proven track record in sales, business development or account management
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel and work with Business Partners
