About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor HR requests from client business areas;
  • Analyze, implement and execute HR policies and procedures in accordance with Head Office guidelines;
  • Track internal movements (transfers/promotions) to support managerial decision-making;
  • Seek improvements in benefits and working conditions to provide a suitable and pleasant environment, contributing to employee satisfaction and motivation;
  • Recruit and select candidates, attracting professionals aligned with the company’s values using company platforms and specialized job sites;
  • Propose and implement Training and Development programs, from the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to delivery, leveraging market best practices and methodologies;
  • Lead the onboarding/integration program;
  • Replicate corporate/international projects originating from the Head Office;
  • Develop Internal Communications and internal marketing (endomarketing) activities, promoting actions to disseminate organizational culture;
  • Manage the Performance and Development Program for employees, ensuring correct use of the platform and optimal reporting from the tool;
  • Control the budget for funds under your responsibility;
  • Support the preparation of the department budget.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years in similar roles, preferably in multinationals and/or retail companies with regular contact with operational/frontline staff;
  • Experience supporting LATAM structures/operations is desirable;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field;
  • Advanced English (conversational) – mandatory; Spanish – desirable;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • SAP / SuccessFactors experience is desirable.
