Human Resources Analyst – Senior
Minor Hotels Europe and AmericasHR Analyst involved in recruitment and process enhancements at Puig's Rio de Janeiro office. Overseeing HR policies and contributing to employee satisfaction initiatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor HR requests from client business areas;
- Analyze, implement and execute HR policies and procedures in accordance with Head Office guidelines;
- Track internal movements (transfers/promotions) to support managerial decision-making;
- Seek improvements in benefits and working conditions to provide a suitable and pleasant environment, contributing to employee satisfaction and motivation;
- Recruit and select candidates, attracting professionals aligned with the company’s values using company platforms and specialized job sites;
- Propose and implement Training and Development programs, from the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to delivery, leveraging market best practices and methodologies;
- Lead the onboarding/integration program;
- Replicate corporate/international projects originating from the Head Office;
- Develop Internal Communications and internal marketing (endomarketing) activities, promoting actions to disseminate organizational culture;
- Manage the Performance and Development Program for employees, ensuring correct use of the platform and optimal reporting from the tool;
- Control the budget for funds under your responsibility;
- Support the preparation of the department budget.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years in similar roles, preferably in multinationals and/or retail companies with regular contact with operational/frontline staff;
- Experience supporting LATAM structures/operations is desirable;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field;
- Advanced English (conversational) – mandatory; Spanish – desirable;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- SAP / SuccessFactors experience is desirable.
