About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven products and capabilities
- Lead business requirement gathering and solution shaping
- Convert business problems into clear, actionable product and functional requirements
- Provide functional leadership to cross-functional delivery teams
- Guide and review the outputs of Business Analysts
- Act as the central point of collaboration between business, data, and technology teams
- Apply agile ways of working to support incremental delivery
- Translate AI and GenAI concepts into meaningful product features
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards
- Contribute to product roadmap definition, release planning, dependency management, and value realization tracking
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design for complex business and technology initiatives
- Proven leadership and coordination skills
- Practical understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts
- Ability to work effectively across business, data, and engineering teams
- Awareness of Data Governance principles
- Experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Exposure to enterprise Generative AI platforms, AI assistants, or internal analytics products
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; certification is beneficial but not mandatory
- Understanding AI ethics, model limitations, and responsible AI considerations
- Experience engaging with senior leadership or CXO-level stakeholders.
