About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand and implement requirements for applications focused on Customer Channels such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (capabilities across pre-sales, sales, after-sales, marketing, and customer service) and online channels (e.g., customer portals) to enhance the digital customer experience.
Work with members of various IT teams to oversee development, implementation, and regression testing of applications using an integrated approach across D365 modules and business divisions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and technologies and proactively work with business stakeholders to identify use cases for the respective Heraeus companies.
Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to define functional specifications for enhancements and customizations, with a focus on D365.
Assume responsibilities as a D365 administrator, focusing on integrated setup and administration of D365 modules.
Drive adoption and monitor tool and process performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and for realizing enhancements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience working with D365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service), ideally in a consulting or solution-oriented role.
Deep expertise in administration and configuration of D365 environments, including environment and lifecycle management.
Strong experience with D365-related technologies such as Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
Knowledge of data and compliance considerations within D365 implementations.
Experience gathering requirements, conducting gap analyses, process mapping, and creating functional specifications in an integrated D365 environment.
Knowledge of data management best practices and data integration concepts is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business language into IT requirements and vice versa.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
