About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development of business, IT, and digital strategies aligned to client goals and market dynamics
- Contribute to the design of target operating models, including organizational structure, governance, and capability frameworks
- Assist in agile@scale assessments and transformation planning across business and IT functions
- Analyze IT and business cost structures, identify optimization opportunities, and support business cases for change
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to inform strategic recommendations
- Prepare client deliverables including presentations, reports, and models with clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and delivery stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–4 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, digital transformation, or IT strategy roles
- Exposure to business and digital transformation, operating model design, agile transformation, or cost optimization projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL, or business model canvas is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus
