About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop industrial distribution channel in the South Central territory
Support sales efforts of distributors
Identify additional distribution opportunities
Manage and grow the Wagner Industrial Solutions distribution network
Increase sales through and expand product offering at qualified OEM focused distributor outlets
Establish yourself as a technical resource to train distributors and end-users
Meet pre-determined sales quotas
Identify and engage Engineered System (ENSY) prospects
Collaborate with ENSY sales manager to promote Wagner Engineered Systems products
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S. Degree in Business or related field
5+ Years of experience in industrial coatings application, equipment sales or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Experience with relative sales channels: distribution and direct
Experience in the demonstration of industrial equipment
Proven sales growth results
Self-starter and highly motivated
Knowledge of industrial sales procedures
Experience with distribution channel processes
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
Mechanical understanding of coating application equipment is required.
Must reside within the designated territory of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Louisiana.
