About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze low-complexity claims in the Commercial and Large Risks portfolios, verifying contracted coverages, policy terms and reported events.
Assess the consistency and veracity of information, identifying signs of non-compliance or fraud and involving partner areas whenever necessary.
Manage the process of approval, denial or request for additional documents, ensuring technical clarity and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Support more experienced analysts with technical questions, operational routines and procedures, contributing to process standardization and efficiency.
Work closely with the Claims and Ombudsman teams to ensure well-founded technical responses aligned with contracted coverages.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects, such as reviewing claims workflows, reducing operational lead times (SLA) and initiatives focused on quality and customer experience.
Use operational data and basic performance indicators to support performance analyses and area decision-making, reinforcing a data-driven approach.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Engineering.
Basic knowledge of claims processes, policies, coverages and technical documentation.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (basic level) and PowerPoint (intermediate level).
Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools for queries and report support.
Intermediate English, for reading technical materials or occasional interaction with global teams.
Previous experience with operational indicators, control automation or process improvement initiatives in claims.
