About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and optimize solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) and either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
Translate process requirements into maintainable ServiceNow configurations
Implement and enhance ITSM and HRSD or CSM case management, portals, knowledge, and service catalogs
Build and support integrations using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs
Develop Service Portal/Employee Center or CSM Portals, widgets, theming, and reusable components

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 - 12 Years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Strong in Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, GlideAjax, and Asynchronous patterns
Deep understanding of ITIL processes and hands‑on build experience in HRSD or CSM
Table design, dictionary, relationships, CMDB class model
Experience with AngularJS/Now Experience
