About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set the long-term vision and strategy for the portfolio
Own the portfolio’s business performance
Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic roadmap
Identify growth opportunities, including M&A, partnerships, and licensing
Lead competitive analysis and customer segmentation
Build business cases for new opportunities
Lead the full lifecycle of the portfolio
Define and execute product pruning strategies
Ensure alignment of product roadmap
Partner with Sales to develop go-to-market strategies
Drive commercial success through targeted growth initiatives
Collaborate with Marketing to lead promotional activities
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including experience in the medical device manufacturing industry required
Demonstrated consistent growth in roles ideally in medical B2B organizations
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Must be willing and able to travel up to 30%, including some international travel
