About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and support VMware-based virtualized environments across production and non-production systems.
  • Execute infrastructure and file server migrations, including discovery, planning, migration, validation, and post-migration support.
  • Perform data migrations using tools such as Robocopy, RClone, and PowerShell scripts.
  • Manage Windows file servers, including NTFS permissions and Windows shares.
  • Support Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID activities related to access and migrations.
  • Collaborate with networking, security, cloud, and third-party teams to enable migration readiness.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Participate in technical meetings and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong english B2 english skills
  • Strong experience in VMware and Windows Server administration
  • Experience with on-premise datacenter environments
  • Hands-on exposure to file and data migrations
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, NTFS permissions, and Windows shares
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Basic understanding of networking and VPN concepts
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end
