Key responsibilities & impact

Support rough cut capacity planning and assist in scheduling of production
Monitor weekly and monthly production plans, prioritizing work orders
Monitor movement of materials through internal suppliers and within production facility
Set safety stock levels and minimize excess inventory
Use SAP to plan and schedule production
Design and create new tools to improve planning functions of supply chain
Act as champion for driving improvements from Planning Assessment
Engage in continuous improvement relating to processes and material availability
Quote standard costs for plant produced product

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred
Four+ years’ of experience with SAP, with a focus on MRP, bill of materials, routers and material master
Proficient in ERP system such as SAP and possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills
High level of integrity, professionalism and leadership ability
High level of motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines
