About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the area’s financial and tax management by handling payment controls, invoices and spreadsheet organization, in accordance with internal rules and compliance.
  • Contribute to brand governance by supporting the analysis and approval of correct Allianz logo usage in internal and external materials.
  • Participate in the preparation of briefings and the planning of institutional communication activities, supporting the production, review and approval of lower-complexity communication plans.
  • Support the curation and analysis of partnerships with influencers and creators, including swaps and social media activations, with a focus on reputation and brand fit.
  • Be responsible for briefing and monitoring content related to commemorative dates, institutional campaigns and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor the VOC (Voice of the Customer) research by analyzing customer feedback, supporting routing according to governance, and using digital tools and AI resources to organize data, identify patterns and increase efficiency in the area’s routines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations or related fields, with an expected graduation date at least 1 year from now.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel for spreadsheet control, data organization and financial tracking.
  • Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, with the ability to structure clear and concise presentations for internal audiences.
  • Familiarity with the practical use of artificial intelligence.
  • Intermediate English, especially for reading and understanding institutional materials, presentations and global content (a plus).
  • Familiarity with digital tools, social media and basic concepts of data, automation or AI applied to marketing, demonstrating curiosity and interest in innovation (a plus).
  • Interest in or academic experience with branding, brand reputation or institutional communication (a plus).
