About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and deliver medium- and long-term strategies for the Traditional Trade (TT) channel.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to achieve business goals.
- Improve trade marketing tools to grow sales.
- Lead projects in the TT channel to make sales more effective.
- Set and track targets for the TT channel and monitor KPIs.
- Organise team work, set priorities, and help team members develop skills.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Traditional Trade or commercial/sales projects.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work with different teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing).
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Creativity to design new trade marketing ideas.
- Experience managing a team, with great communication and organisation skills.
- Fluent Polish & English (spoken and written).
- University degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or similar.
