About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions using Snowflake
Work extensively with Snowflake architecture , including: Virtual Warehouses, Micro‑partitions, Clustering, Data Sharing
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries , views, and stored procedures
Build and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines using tools such as: Informatica, Matillion, Apache Airflow or similar frameworks
Implement and optimize data models (Star and Snowflake schemas).
Perform performance tuning and cost optimization in Snowflake
Integrate Snowflake with cloud storage and services.
Ensure adherence to data security , role‑based access control (RBAC), and governance best practices.
Collaborate closely with analytics, reporting, and business teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–9 years of experience in Data Warehousing & Analytics
Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Matillion, Airflow, or similar)
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts
Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with CI/CD pipelines , Git , and version control
Good understanding of analytics engineering best practices.
Experience in large‑scale enterprise data platforms
Exposure to advanced Snowflake features and cost optimization strategies
Prior experience supporting analytics and BI use cases
