About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for carrying out processes, maintaining information, documentation and requests related to Personnel Department activities (hiring/onboarding process);
- Updating reports related to the area’s data and HR indicators.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
- Some experience in the Personnel Department in general;
- Experience with management systems (CRM) is a plus — preferably ServiceNow, Workday, GlobalView;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (formulas such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
