Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions
Drive source to pay process, including RFX, negotiation and contract sign off in accordance with company policies and procedures
Vendor selection in accordance with company policies, contracts, preferred vendor strategy
Strong collaboration with Stakeholders and supporting roles like Finance, Legal, Quality dept, etc
Identify opportunities for cost saving, process improvements, increasing efficiency of purchasing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Project management experience
Strong attention to details and data management skills
Excellent organization skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Ariba, iValua, SAP, Oracle, Coupa or any other sourcing systems will be preferred
