About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions
- Drive source to pay process, including RFX, negotiation and contract sign off in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Vendor selection in accordance with company policies, contracts, preferred vendor strategy
- Strong collaboration with Stakeholders and supporting roles like Finance, Legal, Quality dept, etc
- Identify opportunities for cost saving, process improvements, increasing efficiency of purchasing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Project management experience
- Strong attention to details and data management skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ariba, iValua, SAP, Oracle, Coupa or any other sourcing systems will be preferred
