Key responsibilities & impact

Provide expert guidance, analyze business challenges, and develop data-driven strategies
Support implementation to enhance client performance and manage R&D projects
Analyze client data, identify issues, and propose solutions
Manage project lifecycles, define scope, oversee deliverables, budgets, and timelines
Create actionable plans for R&D improvement and digital transformation
Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-levels in the R&D field
Coach and mentor junior consultants

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 6+ years in Industrial sectors in Product Development and Digital Engineering Transformation
Experience with data management, analytics, AI concepts, and ideally exposure to intelligent automation or agentic AI
Master degree in STEM area, engineering preferred
Fluency in Italian and English, another language would be a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean) are advantageous
