About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The SAP Delivery Executive is directly accountable for successful execution and completion of an assigned portfolio of programs and projects.
Responsible for a single engagement or domain within an account and acts as Delivery Executive for business critical engagements.
Responsible for overall delivery profitability and productivity, establishing a proper governance framework and ensures proper reporting.
Lead commercial management and take part to contract negotiation along with seeking to expand Capgemini’s client footprint by identifying and anticipating and driving business opportunities.
Responsible for the successful delivery of client outcomes and results.
Establish and maintain direct and transparent relationships with appropriate senior level client contacts for each program and/or engagement assigned.
Work consistently, expeditiously and proactively with appropriate client counterparts to understand and address identified issues and/or provide guidance on avoiding future issues that would impede the success of the client outcomes/results.
Work with each Engagement Manager to understand deficiencies and/or issues with required assets and personnel required for the success of the engagement and take steps to remediate identified concerns.
Actively monitor the plan including progress activity updates, adjustments aligned with the SOW and associated CRs and agreed-to replanning activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree required in business management or a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of SAP specific SAP (S/4) Transformation/ Delivery Director experience with 20+ years professional experience
SAP certifications preferred (SAP, Agile, Scrum Master)
Excellent written and verbal communications with Strong Executive Presence and Action oriented/self-motivated
